My products no longer appear on the site. Why is this happening?!?

First of all you have to check if the datafeed is correctly set and does not generate errors. You also have to make sure there are no other access restrictions at the server’s level that could prevent the downloading of the datafeed.

If you have found the problem and solved it, you have to wait for a day before your products appear on the site. There is no need to contact us.

If you cannot find the problem or if there have passed more than 2 days since you solved the problem without having your products listed on the site again, please contact us by e-mail.
