My account has been suspended and I do not know the cause. What should I do to reactivate it?

Your account has been suspended for a reason. Most probably for one of the reasons below:

- website was no longer functional;
- it no longer fulfilled the listing conditions;
- we have received certain notifications from authorities or other persons concerning possible legal problems.

In order to list your products on ShopMania again, please contact us by email support@shopmania.co.za mentioning all the data of your account.
It is important that the e-mail be sent from the address you used when you registered, this being the e-mail address we will use for reply.
